Using the service

Link2Manage may offer a free trial period before a paid subscription begins. Trial terms, pricing, and billing details may evolve as the platform matures. Continued use after a trial may require a paid plan.
Acceptable use

- Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or deceptive content.
- Do not share accounts in ways that bypass intended access controls.
- Do not use the platform to violate tenant, privacy, or financial laws.
Data responsibility
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the records, files, and documents you store in the platform. Link2Manage is an operating platform, not your legal or accounting advisor.
Service updates
We may improve, modify, or retire features as the product evolves. We aim to do this in a way that improves platform reliability and usefulness, especially for core operating workflows.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and useful, but no software platform can guarantee uninterrupted uptime in every circumstance. Maintenance, upgrades, security events, and infrastructure issues can affect service availability.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Link2Manage is provided on an as-available basis. Users should maintain sound operational practices, including backups, exports, and independent review of financial, legal, and compliance decisions.
